Through a lighthearted, dynamic practice of gravity-inspired movement, Peter guides you to meet resistance and discomfort in your body with curiosity instead of pushing through — and in doing so, to access the quiet, intuitive wisdom that lives beneath the noise. With deep inner listening, you begin to create the space your body has been asking for, and remember what it already knows: its own inherent wholeness.
