XL: Allowing Autumn: an Immersion through Somatics, Restorative Yoga, and Live Cello
With Zoe González Valbuena
As the seasons shift this workshop offers a sanctuary to pause and listen within. We begin with somatic movement to awaken body awareness, then settle into a restorative yoga practice accompanied by live cello soundscapes.
be moved by music
In this special workshop, you will be guided through gentle Hanna Somatics to awaken body awareness and cultivate a sense of yielding and release. From there, we transition into a restorative yoga practice accompanied by live cello, where music and posture merge to invite deep rest and nervous system renewal. The session closes with tea, journaling, and optional sharing, offering space to integrate and connect.
This workshop is designed as a seasonal ritual to support the transition into autumn and winter — a time to slow down, let go, and replenish energy for the months ahead. Participants will learn tools for softening tension, experience profound stillness through sound and rest, and enjoy the nourishing blend of movement, music, and reflection.

With space for tea, reflection, and sharing, you’ll leave grounded, renewed, and ready to embrace the transition into autumn and winter.

About the teacher:
In her classes, Zoe focuses on generating a space to be with the body - investigating its limits in the present moment.
The waves of the cello support a meditative journey, surfing healing frequencies that activate the parasympathetic system, generating a sense of grounding.
Three concepts settled inside her through a cello masterclass in her studies: balance, purity and simplicity. Seen merely as words written on her wall, embodied as seeds that she waters every day.
