Yoga Moves HOT VINYASA is an alignment-based yoga practice based on the Tapasya Hot-Hatha Yoga method. Founded in 2012 by Kristin Campbell, Tapasya Yoga (pronounced tah-pahs-yah) is a spiritually transformative, empowering, and sustainable alignment-based method of Hot-Hatha and Hatha-Vinyasa yoga. Literally, Tapasya means “the willingness to endure intensity for the sake of transformation”. Classes and teacher trainings are a creative synthesis of over 21+ years of yogic study in several traditions: Anusara, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Bikram Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda. Although each studio has branded their Hot class differently, Tapasya Hot-Hatha + Warm-Hatha-Vinyasa inspired classes and teacher trainings are being offered in the UK, The Netherlands, and Canada.
Yoga Moves Hot-Hatha-Vinyasa is a powerful and nurturing practice, which facilitates mindful deep stretching, stability, and detoxifying sweat. Following specific alignment and timing principles, you will work and refresh your entire body, cultivating balance, strength, and flexibility. Enjoy the process of surrendering and relaxing your attachment to what is normal, and instead, let your body sweat and release.
The Hot Vinyasa sequences are challenging, yet accessible for all levels but not suitable for pregnant women. In connection with the breath, you will flow through a creative and alignment-based sequence. Enjoy a fun and well though-of flow in a heated room.
Room temperature: 35 degrees
