The Rhythm of the Week
This retreat is designed for people who love yoga, nature, swimming, and the feeling of slowing down.
No planning required.
Just arrive, unpack, and let the sea carry you through the week.
Each day unfolds with a simple rhythm:
Sail • Swim • Breathe
Some days we sail with the wind.
Often we gently motor between hidden coves, turquoise bays, ancient ruins, and charming harbor towns.
The boat becomes our home.
The horizon becomes our schedule.
And for once — you don’t need to plan anything.
Just arrive, breathe, and enjoy the ride.

The Experience
Each day unfolds naturally.
No rigid schedules — just a gentle rhythm guided by the sea.
Hidden bays and turquoise water.
Time to explore villages, kayak, snorkel, rest, and simply enjoy the sea.
In the late afternoon we slow down with gentle breathing practices, delicious homemade meals, and the quiet beauty of life on the water.
Beautiful Healthy Food: Vegetable dishes, Various salads, Traditional Turkish mezes and more.
Morning
We begin the day with Rise & Shine Flow Yoga on deck or the shore, as the sun rises over the sea. After practice we enjoy a relaxed breakfast, often accompanied by a refreshing swim in crystal-clear water.
Daytime
We sail along the Turkish coast, anchoring in beautiful bays and quiet villages. Plenty of time to swim and explore, and the freedom to simply relax and enjoy the water. Lunch on board - served in different secluded coves throughout the week, and each night we will stay in a different bay.
During the day you may:
swim and snorkel
kayak along the coast
explore ancient sites and ruins
wander small harbor towns
hike coastal trails
relax on deck with a book
simply float in the sea
Some days we explore a village — perhaps in search of the best cappuccino or a glass of local wine. Other days we simply drift and enjoy the view.
Evenings
As the light softens, the pace slows.
Most evenings we gather for a gentle breathing or somatic movement session to unwind and release the day.
Dinner is shared around the table with fresh homemade meals prepared on board. Beer & wine available.
The cuisine is Mediterranean-inspired — mostly vegetarian, with fish occasionally added depending on the group.
Two evenings during the week we go ashore for dinner in beautiful coastal towns (not included).
A Week at Sea
Each week is slightly different depending on the wind and the sea, but the rhythm of our journey may look something like this:
Day 1 — Arrival, village exploration & welcome dinner
Day 2 — Hidden coves & morning flow
Day 3 — Ancient ruins & harbor dinner
Day 4 — Sailing & open-sea swim
Day 5 — Village exploration
Day 6 — Deep rest & breathing practices
Day 7 — Final moring & farewell

Sleeping on the Water
Cabins have queen beds, designed for couples or two guests sharing.
Solo travelers are welcome and we thoughtfully match guests who are comfortable sharing.
Many guests also enjoy something even more magical:
Sleeping on deck under the stars.
With comfortable mattresses, sea air, and the gentle movement of the water, it often becomes one of the most memorable parts of the experience. You can fall asleep beneath the open sky and wake up to the sound of the sea.
Private cabin upgrades are available in limited numbers for guests who prefer their own room.
Large lounging areas on deck, shaded seating, and open views of the sea create the perfect space for yoga, swimming, and simply slowing down.
For a week, the boat becomes our floating sanctuary.
Your Guide: Hilary Brown
Hilary will guide the week with morning yoga practices, breathing sessions, and gentle evening somatic practices designed to help you reconnect with your body and nervous system.
Our Boat - Our Captain.
We will be sailing aboard a traditional Turkish gulet — a spacious wooden sailing yacht built for relaxed coastal journeys. Sedat, our captain is a wonderful & experienced host.
Morning sessions include Rise & Shine Flow Yoga, an energizing yet accessible practice to awaken the body for the day ahead.
Evening sessions invite a softer landing — breathing, releasing tension, and letting the day settle.
There is also plenty of free time to swim, rest, explore, and simply enjoy the experience. Temperatures are generally beautiful in June. Sea temperature is usually a perfect 21–23°C
